se il tuo exchringe ha il suppoirt per imap puoi usare un qualsiasi
client che lo supporta

come username devi usare 'NOMEDOMINIO/USERNAME/NOME_COGNOME' (o COGNOME_NOME)
io uso evolution o mutt,
puoi anche usare il server exchringe come ldap per usare l'address book
