per me puo' pure ignorare i giornalisti

there's a patenting problem on MPEG codecs, we know
we do broadcast the speeches on the internal network for ppl to listen,
and listeners outside as well, using only free software, but
to encode mp3 we use lame which stands for "LAME Ain't an MP3 Encoder"
this is done because icecast2 which supports ogg/vorbis streaming is
still in development phase, without a stable release, without full
support on every client.
is it OK?
