Beh, "puramente tecnici" forse nel senso che non si svolgono in un luogo 
occupato ma in un grand hotel... se poi uno va oltre alla scenografia e 
ascolta cio' che dice la gente, anche un CanSecWest tende a non essere 
"apolitico", anzi (con tanto di dibattito finale sulle legislazioni di 
internet).
