THOUSAND RUSSIAN RECRUITS EVADED THE MILITARY SERVICE last year, the chief of
central administrative Board of educational work in the armed forces Vitaly
Azarov informed on Wednesday. As he said, 76% of young men declared that they
managed to avoid the draft due to separate mass media, which gave direct
recommendations how to bypass the law and to evade the military
service.
